Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can longer cancel.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you palce an order, and then dispute the purchase, we WILL file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
